Welcome to Anomali Project ("Game"), an online multiplayer shooter with friends and bots provided by youth.my.id ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players ("you," "user"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our Game.

By downloading, accessing, or using our Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Device Information: Device type, hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID for Android), IP address, device language, and mobile network information.
  • Analytics Data: We may use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase, Unity Analytics) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Game. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Game to help us improve the Game.
  • Advertising Information: If our Game displays ads, we or our advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob, Unity Ads) may collect advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and other non-personal information to serve relevant ads and measure their effectiveness.
• Optional Information from Third-Party Platforms (e.g., Google Play Games Services):
  • If you optionally choose to sign in or connect the Game with a third-party service (such as Google Play Games Services for features like achievements or alternative global leaderboards), we may receive information from that platform in accordance with the permissions you grant on that platform. This information may include your public username on that platform and your user ID. The use of this feature is optional.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our Game, including matchmaking features and leaderboards.
• To personalize your gaming experience (e.g., displaying your username, matching you with other players of a similar skill level, and providing achievements).
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• To analyze Game usage and identify trends to improve our services.
• To display relevant advertising (if applicable) and measure its effectiveness.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our terms of service, and comply with legal obligations.

We use Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase for analytics.
• Other Players in the Game: Your username, game statistics, and cosmetic items will inherently be visible to other players during gameplay, on leaderboards, and in your profile.
• Legal Obligations and Safety: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; (c) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Game; (d) protect the personal safety of users of the Game or the public; or (e) protect against legal liability.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a suitable notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no security system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Our Game is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or another relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 for GDPR in some European countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age without verifiable parental consent. We encourage children not to use their real names as their username.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at anomali@youth.my.id. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

8. Links to Other Websites or Services

Our Game may contain links to other websites or services that are not operated by us (e.g., links to the developer's social media platforms or to integrated third-party services). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
